Zinc Alloy Injection
Description
This is the most commonly used method.
Hot liquid molten alloy is injected into a mold.
Injection molding is recommended for lapel pins or keychains that have numerous cutouts. This method makes it possible to duplicate complex designs. Zinc alloy injection is a great substitute material to brass. The recessed areas are hand-filled with enamel colors.
